More than keyboarding

Technology & Media Coordinator and Title 1 Teacher, Linda Bosse
Technology integration is available to all students at Elm Street School. While middle-school students have access to one-to-one computing with iBooks, all elementary students are able to utilize a computer lab with 14 stand-alone units. Blending technological resources with classroom teacher expectations, Mrs. Bosse works with students on assigned tasks such as formatting stories, creating graphs, or conducting research using the Internet. Third grade students participate in a technology curriculum pull-out program where they gain familiarity with computer basics, desktop publishing, utilizing the World Wide Web, technology impacts, and keyboarding.
